Theme Installation & Activate

Installing a theme through WordPress is quite easy

Upload the theme file

1. Go to Appearance → Themes in the WordPress Dashboard
2. Click on the Add New button
3. Click on the Upload Theme button
4. Click Browse and select current version of passionate.zip in your computer
5. Click Install Now

After theme installed successfully you can activate theme by clicking Activate on link as appear in your screen.

Manually activate theme

If you wish to activate manually

1. Go to Appearance Themes in the WordPress menu
2. Hover over the theme thumbnail and press the Activate button

Menu Setup

Go to Appearance → Menus

1. Select Pages you wanted to be appeared in Menu
2. Click on Add to Menu
3. Give a suitable menu name
4. Drag menu item left-right to make it under another menu(sub menu).
5. Click Create Menu
6. Click Save Menu

Theme Options

Logo & Site Identity

Go to Appearance → Customize → Site Identity

1. Click on Select logo Choose your Logo, Click on Logo Image you want to use then click on Select bottom right corner, you can either crop or skip cropping, its up to your requirements.
2. Add Site Title, if you wish to show Title instead of Logo.
3. Add Tagline, its like slogan that display beside logo.
4. Site Icon (favicon), click on Select Image then Click on Image or Icon you want to use then click on Select bottom right corner, you can either crop or skip cropping.
5. Click Save & Publish

Colors Setting

You can see different colors pallets already defined along with their titles. All those are pre-defined default colors, you can specify colors as your requirements by clicking on color pallets.

Go to Appearance → Customize → Colors

1. Click on Color Pallet of each section to set color
2. Click Save & Publish button to Save

Header Image

You can set a Header Image, its a wide banner images which is displayed just above menus bar.

Go to Appearance → Customize → Header Image

1. To add new header image click on Add new image button
2. Select a image by Clicking on any Image you wish to show as header image
3. click on Select and Crop button at bottom right corner
4. You can Drag marked area as your requirement and hit Crop Image button, bottom right corner
5. You can see the changes and header images, now click on Save and Publish button at top left, and you are done

You can add multiple Header Images of your choice. You can publish all the added images by clicking on Randomize uploaded headers, by doing this all of the added images will be shown as header image randomly one image at a time as you reload pages.

Background Image

You can set a Background Image as website body background

Go to Appearance → Customize → Background Image

1. To add new header image click on Select Image button
2. Select a image by Clicking on any Image you wish to show as background image and hit Choose Image at bottom right corner
3. You can set Background Repeat properties
4. You can set Background Position properties
5. You can set Background attachment properties
6. You can see the changes as you updated values, now click on Save and Publish button at top left, and you are done.

Sticky Menu

You can set Menu as Sticky, when you scroll them menu will stick at top of screen.

Go to Appearance → Customize → Sticky Menu

1. click on check box to tick
2. Click on Save and Publish

Static Front Page

By default Your latest posts is activated and show 10 posts per page at front page of your site. If you want to set a static page as a front-page then you can follow those steps.

Go to Appearance → Customize → Static Front Page

1. click on A static page to set a static page
2. now select a page from dropdown menu for Front Page
3. and you can select a page for posts page where your latest posts will be shown
4. Click on Save and Publish

Layout & Content

You can set website layout, page and post layout and font size.

Go to Appearance → Customize → Layout and Content

1. Click on Website Layout
2. Select required Choose layout

Header Contact (Pro version)

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Passionate: Contact widget to Top Bar Social widget position
3. Add some items.
4. Click Save button after completion adding links and you are done.

Header Social Icons

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Daisy: Social Icons widget to Top Bar Social widget position
3. Set Title and insert your social profile links
4. Click Save button after completion adding links and you are done. Now you can see social icons at header bar

Header Search Form

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Search widget to Top Bar Search widget position and you are done.

Now you can see search icon at header bar. You can click on search icon to expand search form.

Home Page Builder

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Daisy: Image Slider widget to Image Slider widget area.
3. Fill the form:
   Select Image:           Slider Image
   Add Title:                  Visible over image
   Add Description:      Visible over image followed by title
   Add URL:                   Link for title
4. Repeat above step for each slide. You can even skip some form field if you wish not to show.
5. You can specify the number of slides
6. Click Save button to save the widgets and settings

Front Page Services

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Daisy: Services widget to Front Page: Widgets area.
3. Add Title, Add Description, you can keep it blank if you wish not have short description. Choose Service Pages
4. Click Save button

Recent Works

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Daisy: Recent Works widget to Front Page: Widgets area.
3. Add Title, Add Description, you can keep it blank if you wish not have short description. Choose Work Pages
4. Click Save button

Logos Display

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Daisy: Logos Display widget to Front Page: Widgets area.
3. Select Image OR Logo, Add Title, Add URL
4. Repeat above steps for each Logos
5. Click Save button

Call to Action

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Daisy: Call to Action widget to Front Page: Widgets area.
3. Add Title, Add Some Description, Button Text, URL: link of button
4. Click Save button

Front Recent Posts

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Daisy: Front Recent Posts widget to Front Page: Widgets area
3. Add Title, Choose Category, Specify Number of Posts
4. Click Save button

Teams (Pro version)

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Passionate: Team widget to Front Page: Widgets area
3. Add Title, desciption, member and select column layout.
4. Click Save button.

Pricing (Pro version)

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Passionate: Pricing Table widget to Front Page: Widgets area
3. Add Title, desciption, items and select column layout.
4. Click Save button

Footer Copyright

1. Go to Appearance → Customize → Footer
2. Change footer copyright & credit text.
3. Click Save.

Footer Widgets

Currently Theme have 4 footer widgets positions

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets
2. Drag Widget to each Widget Position as your needs
3. Click Save
